JP’s focus was to create social and environmental consciousness and action in the snow sports community. As a pro skier, JP has remained relevant in a rapidly changing sport over the last 16 years, and was one of the most well rounded skiers in the business. He won the first U.S. Open of Freeskiing Big Air and helped Salomon create and launch the 1080 Ski.
He filmed segments with various production companies, such as Poorboyz and Sherpas Cinema, and began co-directing and editing the same movies in which he stared. JP was a co-founder of Armada Skis, which is an athlete driven ski company focused on cutting-edge product designs. Throughout his career, JP inspired others on and off the mountain; his intensity, passion and outdoor experience ultimately led him to co-found AI. JP directed branding, media, photography, cinematography and industry relationships and was responsible for ensuring that the organization is pursuing the vision he laid out for it.
