Alpine Initiatives’ co-founders JP Auclair, Lisa Lee Benjamin, Mike Hovey, and Emmanuelle Vital envisioned a unique non-profit grounded in the snow sports community that would ultimately serve as a platform from which grass roots sustainability projects could take form. The organization has been called, “the ski industry’s collective conscience” as it harnesses the creative, passionate, and innovative energy of our community and channels it into projects that will truly have a lasting impact on the sustainable future for people and their environments the world over.
